Upload files to share with everyone:

SIGN IN and click EDIT.
 
In the EDITOR toolbar, click FILE.
 
Choose CLICK TO link to file. If you choose embed then it puts of an image of
the file and takes up a lot of space on the page.
 
Then click UPLOAD FILES and choose your file.
 
 

How do I get the updates?

Options for notification

Email: One per change
If you’re only monitoring a small number of pages, files, or wikis, and you want to be alerted of changes as they happen, you probably want to get one email per change:

1. Go to My Account.
2. Scroll down to Settings and set Email Monitored Changes to Yes - one email per change.
3. Hit the Save button.

Note: You will have to confirm your email address before you can receive email notifications.

Email: One per day
If you are monitoring dozens (or even hundreds) of wikis, files, and pages — or if there is a particularly high level of activity on the ones you are monitoring — you would probably rather save yourself the deluge of emails and change your settings to receive a single notification email each day:

1. Go to My Account.
2. Scroll down to Settings and set Email Monitored Changes to Yes - one email per day.
3. Hit the Save button.

This digest email will arrive in your inbox once a day, and will give you a chronological list of all monitored activity.
